Deciduous shrub : Ht. 20-30' W 25-35'. 

Prefers mesic loam soils. Full sun or shade. Horizontal picturesque branching habit. Yellow fall color. Interesting spider-like yellow flowers in fall after leaves drop. An excellent specimen plant.
